Information for Wheelchair Users
Bev’s Waffle Workshop is located on the 1st floor of a 18th Century Georgian building – typical of its kind for central historic Bath.
Our workshop location is accessible by stairs only. Unfortunately, because of the layout of the building we are unable to provide wheelchair access.
Where to Find Us
Bev’s Waffle Workshop is located at 13 Northgate Street, Bath, BA1 5AS on the stretch of road between the junctions for New Bond Street and Upper Borough Walls.
By Train or by Bus
From Bath Spa Railway Station and Bath Bus Station – situated in Dorchester Street – it is a 10-15-minute walk through the centre of Bath.

In 2021 Bath & North East Somerset Council introduced a CAZ zone operational in and surrounding central Bath in effort to reduce carbon emissions in the city. As a result, some vehicles are required to pay a daily CAZ charge to enter and/or drive within the CAZ zone. The nearest car park to Bev’s Waffle Workshop is Charlotte Street car park, off Queen Square, which is a short five-minute walk from the theatre. Also, nearby is Kingsmead Square car park, accessible from James Street West.
Avon Street multi-story cark park can be found off Corn Street and is approximately a 5-minute walk to us.
There is also a multi-story car park situated in the Southgate shopping complex which is nearby the train and bus stations, approximately a 10-minute walk to Northgate Street.
There are parking spaces for orange and blue badge holders in all the council’s car parks, and you can find limited on-street designated parking spaces near the Theatre Royal and the Guildhall.

The city also operates a Park and Ride scheme, which services the city centre from Lansdown, Odd Down and Newbridge. All drop-off and collection points are within walking distance to Bev’s Waffle Workshop.
