Booking & Cancellation Policy

We look forward to welcoming you to Bev’s Waffle Workshop in Bath.
When you make a workshop booking with us, you are entering into an agreement with us.
Our workshops are suitable for persons aged 13+.*
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 13.
* Children aged 13+ must be accompanied by an adult.
 
ARRIVAL
Please arrive for your workshop no more than 10 minutes before your session is due to start.
 
PAYMENT
Payment is required to confirm your booking.
Payment can be made with any credit or debit card securely on our website .
Alternatively, we accept payments by BACS Payment - please contact us for details.
We do not accept cash payments.
 
CANCELLATIONS
We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances happen, and we will always try and be as helpful as possible in any such case.
Where a cancellation is made more than 7days of your workshop booking a full refund is provided.
In the event of a cancellation within 7days of your workshop booking, cancellation charges are equivalent to 50% of your booking cost. 50% of your booking cost will be refunded.
Guests failing to arrive without notification are liable for a charge equivalent to the total booking price.
 
CANCELLATIONS BY US
Should it become necessary for us to cancel a booking we will contact you immediately and offer you a new booking date.
Workshops with low numbers of bookings may be transferred to alternative dates. If this applies to your booking, we will contact you in advance of your scheduled visit.
In the instance that we cancel a workshop and no alternative booking dates are suitable or convenient for you, a full refund can be provided.
